How Will My Art Be Packaged?

All prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in cylinder tube.

The canvas prints are packaged in size-appropriate boxes with packing paper and protective materials. They are also packed with cardboard inserts so your piece doesn't bounce around in transit.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Is My Package Insured?

Authentic Nigerian wants you to leave 100% satisfied with your purchase. On the rare chance that your package is either lost or damaged upon arrival, just contact us at returns@autehnticnigerianart.com for either a refund, or a replacement piece.

Can I Ship To A P.O. Box?

The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box so our pieces unfortunately must be shipped to a street address.
